Teaford Canada Incorporated was formed mid 2005 to provide a local Canadian presence for the Teaford Co. The Teaford Co.'s main office is in Atlanta Georgia with 3 extended offices in Vancouver, B.C., Portland, Oregon, and Worcester, Massachusetts.

The Teaford Co. was formed in 1996 to provide engineering services to the Forest Products Industry. The engineering services initially offered included environmental and energy systems engineering for wood fired boilers, lumber drykilns and direct fired energy systems for sawmills, plywood mills, oriented strand board and siding mills.

Our customers asked us to provide additional services beyond conventional engineering services. Their requests included providing complete turnkey systems, field servicing of systems, spare parts supply and remodeling of existing systems. As we have grown we have accepted these responsibilities. Our customers continued support has been instrumental in our success.

We have been very conscious about the need for qualified engineering people. Our engineering staff includes experienced engineers with over two hundred years industrial experience in wood fiber drying and energy systems.

In 1999, metal fabrication capabilities were added. This capability includes 55,000 plus square feet of fabrication. We are an ASME coded shop with in house design team and ASME S, U and R stamps to build thermal oil heaters and steam boilers. The equipment built in our fabrication shop when possible, will be shop tested prior to shipping.

We have in-house mechanical construction capability with seasoned construction managers, construction supervisors and field hands. Our construction team has many years of refractory experience as well as mechanical erection of furnaces, boilers and thermal oil heaters. Depending on workload, we have had as many as 125 field personnel on our payroll at one time.
